Kelly Osbourne Wants Smaller Boobs

Kelly Osbourne is unhappy with the size of her breasts.
Kelly — the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne — says she’s planning to go under the knife in a bid to make her breasts smaller before she walks down the aisle with fiance Luke Worrall.
“I want a size in between a B and C cup that you don’t need to wear a bra with,” said Kelly, who has shed nearly 42lbs in the past two years and dropped several dress sizes.
“Perfect boobs is what I want and when I am a little older, it’s what I plan to do.”
Kelly, 24, recently denied claims she’s at war with singer Lady GaGa.
