Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did hit a rough patch in their relationship, as previously reported — but their romance is now back on track and the couple is inseparable.

The pair — who spent two months apart while they worked on different projects 3,000 miles away from each other (Rob was in NY filming indie flick Remember Me; Kristen was in LA filming Joan Jett biopic The Runaways) — were spotted in LA on August 5; and, sources say, looked deeply in love.

“From the way they act, it’s clear that Rob and Kristen are together — and in love,” says an insider who witnessed their meet-up. “It seems that they can’t stay away from each other.”

Rob and Kristen’s Twilight costar Nikki Reed his given her opinion on the couple’s five-day PDA fest, according to Life & Style magazine. “I saw the pictures — getting in cabs together, going for lunch,” Reed said to Rob during their Alaska Airlines flight from LA to Vancouver on Aug. 10. “I thought you were going to keep it undercover?”

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Pattinson, 23, has been burning up his Visa buying presents for Stewart, 19.

“He looks for rare, vintage things, which he knows Kristen likes,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“So far, Rob has found a black-and-white Beatles photo that cost about $300 and a 1970s concert T-shirt that set him back $400!”
