Jessica Simpson will never work with her sister Ashlee — the two have learned not to mix family and business.

Ashlee and Jessica decided never to team up professionally after Jess’ marriage to Nick Lachey — her reality show co-star — ended in tears.

“It would be so much fun but we’re not going to mix up family and business,” says Ashlee. “We’re just good being sisters in real life.”

Ashlee recently took to her Twitter to support her elder sister following her recent split from beau Tony Romo. “Everyday you move me to be a better person. I love you..miss u so much,” she wrote Tuesday.

“You are a perfect friend and sis. Thank you.”
