Robert Pattinson: ‘Filming New Moon Was Easy’
Robert Pattinson loved filming Twilight sequel New Moon — because he hardly had to do anything!
The hunky British actor takes a back seat in the second installment of smash hit vampire movie franchise — Taylor Lautner takes the leading role alongside Kristen Stewart.
And Pattinson, 23, insists he was happy with his “stress-free” workload.
“It was a stress-free job for three months,” R-Patz told Entertainment Weekly in a new interview. “All the pressure was on Taylor.”
New Moon hits American movie theaters on November 20.
Rob — who has become one of Hollywood’s hottest young stars since taking on the role of Edward Cullen — recently insisted his new-found superstardom hasn’t gone to his head.
“I would like to think that I haven’t changed that much,” he said. “Within myself I don’t think I have changed but I guess that outwardly — like when I walk down the street I look down a little more often.
“But this is just extraordinary. I don’t think any of us expected this to happen and it just seems to keep building and building.”
