Robert Pattinson Didn’t Say He Was Single!

Robert PattinsonRobert Pattinson DID NOT tell a British newspaper he was single.

In fact, he hasn’t even spoken to a British newspaper!

The Daily Mirror this morning claimed they had an “exclusive” interview with the hunky Twilight star.

“I don’t have a girlfriend,” the rag quoted him as saying. “I don’t know why. You always think you’re going to get more girls after you’ve made a movie and it never happens.”

But it seems the interview was fabricated.

A rep for Pattinson said, “I will only comment on matters regarding Robert’s professional life, but in order to set the record straight, Robert did not speak to the Mirror, and their claim that they spoke to him a few days ago is manufactured along with any information that they claim to have as an exclusive directly from him.”

Those British tabloids are usually very reliable!!!!

Pattinson, 23, is rumored to be dating his Twilight and New Moon costar Kristen Stewart.

“They’ve decided to be more public about going out now,” said a Robsten insider. “They’re not boyfriend and girlfriend, but they’ve definitely hooked up.”
