Following on from our earlier report, Paris Hilton isn’t engaged to beau Doug Reinhardt.

“The rumor of Paris Hilton’s engagement to Doug Reinhardt is inaccurate,” her rep said in a statement. “The couple had a lovely time on their vacation and are happy together, however this is a false rumor and is just another example of bloggers inventing their own stories.”

Those fucking bloggers!

Hilton has, however, previously spoken of her desire to make Reinhardt her husband.

“We’re best friends. It’s not like we just met,” she said in April. “We’ve known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I’m really in love and really happy.

“He’s going to be my husband.”
