Ashlee Simpson Walked Off Her Baby Weight

 Ashlee SimpsonAshlee Simpson didn’t follow a “wacky celebrity diet” to shed her post-pregnancy pounds — she just did lots of walking.

The Melrose Place star — who gave birth to son Bronx Mowgli Wentz in November last year — says she found it easy losing her baby weight.

“I didn’t follow any wacky celebrity diet — I believe in moderation,” she said. “I try not to pig out or to eat late at night. I just try to go for lots of walks with Bronx and Pete.

“Besides running around after a little one is exercise enough. Your body is built the way it is, so I just wear the clothes that flatter me and make me feel confident. I’ve learned to feel sexy in my own skin.”

Ashlee, 24, recently revealed that she schedules her entire life around her baby son.

“Bronx is on a normal schedule now and sleeps through the night,” she said. “He gets two naps a day so we schedule everything around him and when he can come to set with me.

“Luckily, I have great people around me to help me out and make sure it goes perfectly. The great thing about being a part of an ensemble cast, is there are some days when you aren’t working and other weeks that are really hectic.”
