Taylor Swift: ‘I’m Trying to Stay Normal’

Taylor Swift refuses to bow to the pressures of Hollywood — she’s trying to keep her life as normal as possible.
The country singing sensation is adamant she won’t let fame go to her head.
“It still feels very surreal to me… you know, when it all hits me, because I just try to keep my life as normal as possible,” Swift, 19, told the UK’s GMTV.
“I still go to the grocery store. I still do all the things that I used to do, it just takes a little longer and I’m talking to a lot more people and signing autographs now.”
Of her rise to superstardom, Swift said, “It’s just what I’ve always wanted to do so I’m just so thankful for every day.
“It is really crazy to hear people saying ‘you’re outselling this name and this name’.”
