Lindsay Lohan‘s Hollywood Hills home was burgled Sunday night.

The Mean Girls star discovered the robbery when she got home just after midnight.

“She is OK, but upset,” said Lindsay’s mom Dina. “The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Thank God she wasn’t home.

“Bags, shoes and jewelery were also taken.”

This isn’t the first time Lindsay’s house has been broken into. Burglars gained access to the property in May, although nothing was taken.

Dina, who is also Lindsay’s manager, said she had been planning to move home before the robbery.

“We’re moving her to a safer place,” Dina added.
