Jennifer Aniston refuses to date a “normal” guy — she’ll only get involved with men who will help boost her career and keep her in the spotlight, it has been claimed.

Friends of the actress have told Us Weekly that Aniston — who is divorced from Brad Pitt – pursues only guys who can keep her as high profile as possible.

“Jennifer won’t date a normal guy,” a source told the mag. “She goes after the hottest thing of the moment, what she knows will get her the most time in the spotlight.”

The 40-year-old has dated singer John Mayer and was most recently linked to The Hangover star Bradley Cooper.

Aniston is currently being linked to her The Bounty costar Gerard Butler.
