Amy Winehouse Sues Former Mother-in-Law

Amy Winehouse is taking legal action against her former mother-in-law for selling one of her love letters.
The note was written for Amy’s then-husband Blake Fielder-Civil while he was in prison for assault and perverting justice.
Amy, 25, is furious that Georgette sold the note — and is suing her for copyright infringement and wants $100,000 compensation.
No date has been set for a hearing.
“Amy was furious the private letter was used to make money,” a source told Britain’s The Sun.
Amy wed Blake, 27, in 2007 but they divorced in July.
They spent most of their marriage apart after he was jailed.
