Eva Longoria showed off her fancy footwork at a press conference to announce the 2009 ALMA Award nominees in Hollywood Tuesday night. 
The Desperate Housewives star — who is married to San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker — recently hinted at her plans to adopt a baby.
“Every time I work with the kids from Padres [a children's hospital in Los Angeles], my heart just explodes with happiness and joy because they’re so inspiring,” she told E! News in May. “They’re resilient and they’re hopeful and they’re happy. They’re amazing human beings, and to go through something like that and yet still be as strong as they [are], it really inspires me. I could only wish to have children as strong as the kids I’ve worked with.”
