Lily Allen has revealed that her healthy sex life keeps her looking slim.

The Smile hitmaker — who is currently dating decorator Sam Cooper — says her sexual appetite stops her from needing to go to the gym!

Lily says touring also helps.

“Spending that amount of time jumping up and down on stage… I get exercise in other ways as well, working certain muscles you don’t usually work,” she told the UK’s Capital FM.

Lily, 24, recently revealed that she’s already in trouble with Cooper because she can’t tear herself away from Twitter.

“My boyfriend gets really, really angry with me because he’s just like ‘I just want to spend some time with you, do we have to have one and a half million people in the room with us at one time?’” she said.

“I’m like ‘Yes, shut up.”‘
