I know what I'm talking about. Our dad - a great dad, btw - did something similar to our mother. None of his children respects him fully and we never will, because we know he is capable of throwing away his own family to satisfy his personal pleasures. This is one of the major problems with affairs. Notice the language that the media/press uses in regards to the victims? The victims are always "scorned, jilted, and etc...". When people read these words they give a negative connotation to make one perceive the victims in a negative light. Now contrast this with the language that the media/press uses to describe the cheaters. Romance, love, cute, and etc... All nice and neat, to make people perceive the cheaters in a positive light.
