Sandra Bullock regrets getting rid of her lisp.

The actress has revealed she had therapy for a speech impediment when she was younger but now wishes she had kept her lisp after playing a less-than-perfect woman in new movie All About Steve.

“Our individual quirks are a part of us that we’re told to lose once we become an adult,” explains Bullock. “I had a lisp that I had to get rid of, and I had to have speech therapy. Now I just go, ‘Why? Why did I need to get rid of a lisp?’

“It’s that whole, ‘What is normal?’ thing. We’re very excited to embrace children like that, but we don’t trust adults who are like that.”

Sandra — who is married to Motorcycle Mania host Jesse James — recently insisted it’s perfectly acceptable to stalk a man — because more often than not, it’s the best way to get a date.

“How else do you get dates?” she told Parade magazine. “I learned that you have to stalk and then make it look very innocent. Then once you get them you sort of shred receipts and you do things that sort of cover the paper trail of your stalking. I think it’s a necessary evil to sort of lure in your prey.”
