George Clooney Treats New Girlfriend ‘Like a Princess’

George ClooneyGeorge Clooney has been treating his new girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis “like a princess” while they’re in Italy for the Venice Film Festival.

The Ocean’s 12 star arrived in Venice to promote new movie Men Who Stare at Goats, with Italian TV presenter Canalis on his arm.

And sources say George has been sure it’s not all work while he is in Venice.

“George certainly knows how to treat a woman and Elisabetta has been treated like a princess,” a source said. “He is clearly smitten with this woman and has made sure she is included in everything he’s doing here and he’s made time for the odd romantic dinner or two.

“George is a romantic at heart and he’s clearly in his element in Venice.”

    LOL Are you joking? They were in Venice exactly two days. They arrived Monday afternoon. The first night, Monday, was a dinner in George’s honor with dozens of people in attendance. The next day was the festival – photo call, press conference, screening – followed by the after party. George left Venice early the next morning, Wednesday, to fly to Toronto for the next film festival.
