Barack Obama Calls Kanye West a Jackass — Watch Video
In case you haven’t seen it, here’s the video of American President Barack Obama calling Kanye West a “jackass” for ruining Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.
“I thought that was really inappropriate, she’s getting an award, what are you butting in,” Obama said in an off the record comment to CNBC. “The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person, she’s getting her award, what’s he doing up there … he’s a jackass.”
Kanye came under fire for storming the stage during Swift’s big moment as she was being presented with the Best Female Video prize.
The rapper grabbed the microphone and told the star-studded audience Beyonce Knowles should have won, but has since apologized to Taylor personally for wrecking her evening.
