Victoria Beckham Exercises Every Few Hours

The former Spice Girl is constantly trying to loose weight and consequently has been trying out a new fitness regime which see her exercise every few hours.

Victoria’s main goal is to shed her excess skin.

“She could probably sort it out by just putting on excess weight,” a source said. “But obviously she won’t! So Vic now works out before and after eating, and it’s even increased her appetite.”

Alongside healthy eating, Victoria’s fitness regime includes time spent on the treadmill, running, skipping, weights, Pilates and exercises on the Power Plate.

Meanwhile, Victoria — who is married to soccer star David Beckhamhas insisted money doesn’t make you look stylish.

“It is not about having money and dressing in expensive clothes, it’s about natural style,” she said.

“You can tell, even if someone is wearing a bathrobe, that they have natural style. And that is what I am looking for too.”
