Jennifer Lopez says motherhood has given her a “whole new perspective” when it comes to film roles.

The singer/actress — who welcomed twins Max and Emme last year — recently had to wear a pregnancy tummy for her role in movie The Back-Up Plan.

“Well, it’s so recent for me that it felt pretty normal!” Lopez said of wearing the outfit. “It’s not like a distant memory. It’s still hot and sweaty, even if it’s fake!”

Jennifer admitted that it’s easier to get into the role of a mom after having children herself.

“Yeah, definitely,” she said. “I’d done it before, I’ve had children in movies. But now I have a whole new perspective.

“It’s so totally different than you could ever imagine — what you feel and how it changes you, and how you see things. So yeah, absolutely.”
