Britney Spears‘ ex-husband Kevin Federline is finally planning to lose some weight.

The former dancer — who has two young sons with the Toxic singer — is set to take part in the new season of Celebrity Fit Club, a VH1 rep confirmed Tuesday.

Federline’s ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson — with whom he has another two children — will also appear on the seventh season of the show.

Federline has been lambasted in the press for piling on the pounds since his split from Spears three years ago.

Shar recently insisted Kevin wasn’t bothered about being a fatty.

“He doesn’t care,” she said. “The beautiful thing about him is that he could care less.”

The newest season of Celebrity Fit Club premieres on VH1 Feb. 14, 2010.
