He is well spoken and appears very comfortable when speaking, unlike some of his peers. I also like t he way he presents himself and it is obvious to me that he is very serious and determined with his craft and will do anything he needs to do to improve. I also sense that he has been set apart from the others from the very beginning on some personal basis, almost like an outsider.
