Lady GaGa: ‘Kanye West Made a Mistake at VMAs’
Lady GaGa says Kanye West feels “so f***ing bad” for interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV VMAs earlier this month.
Kanye came under fire for storming the stage during Swift’s big moment as she was being presented with the Best Female Video prize.
The rapper grabbed the microphone and told the star-studded audience Beyonce Knowles should have won, but has since apologized to Taylor personally for wrecking her evening.
And GaGa — who is to perform with Kanye, 32, later this year when they kick off their Fame Kills tour — says West just made a silly mistake.
“I was thinking: ‘Oh gosh.’ “But, like, I would say he’s a good guy and everybody makes mistakes, and he feels so f***ing bad,” the Love Game hitmaker told Las Vegas radio station KLUC-FM. “He really does. I think that everyone can get so caught up in gossip and stuff.
“I think it’s unfair to judge somebody on one mistake they’ve made. “I felt like that moment kind of like really portrayed him in a way that he really isn’t. It was just a random moment.”
