Robert Pattinson ‘Jailed to His Room’

Robert PattinsonRobert Pattinson is living the life of a criminal — because he is virtually jailed in his hotel, according to his Twilight costar Jack Hudson.

Hudson says the 23-year-old British hunk — who’s currently in Vancouver, Canada, shooting Eclipse, the third flick in the vampire movie franchise — is pretty much always in his hotel room so he can avoid the paparazzi and mobs of fans.

“I don’t think he gets to hang out with many people because he’s sort of jailed to his room,” Hudson said. “He can’t leave without being follow by a hundred people.

“There’s a price to fame. But hopefully he’s handling it okay.”

Showbiz Spy has previously reported how Pattinson — who is dating his Twi costar Kristen Stewart — had become a prisoner of the paparazzi.

“Every time anyone from the cast emerges from the hotel they’re swarmed by paparazzi,” a Twilight insider said last month.

“He’s a prisoner of the paparazzi. It’s a nightmare. He almost never leaves the hotel except to go to the set. And when he does, the crew has to go great lengths to find ways to transport him from one location to another undetected.

“Because of the paparazzi, Rob has been unable to interact with his many fans.”

    You know, I’m looking out my window and it’s such a beautiful day. I’m anxious to get outside and breathe fresh air and just soak up the fall atmosphere. I feel sooo sorry for him. People are so d***ed hungry to know his every move that he is stuck in a make shift prison to avoid the “I-don’t-have-a-life-and-need- money” papz? I could NOT be one of those people. They would end up firing my butt, ’cause I’m not going to ruin someones life. I just wonder what kind of person you have to be to do that to someone……..oh wait, they call them STALKERS!!! God love him!!!

    This is ridiculous. The poor guy I wish the people would show him some respect and leave him alone. He should be out enjoying himself not hiding in his hotel room. The paparazzi should be banned from coming anywhere near him.

    someone needs to tell the papz to leave him the hell alone. e1 deserves a right to their own lives especially those in the public eye. he didn’t sign up to be a mega-star so let the poor guy alone to live his life. btw, rob, if you read this i know a place where they won’t come chase you, just get a hold of me
