Kristen Stewart Hates Being Confined to Her Hotel Room
Kristen Stewart hates the hassle that comes with starring in Twilight.
The actress — who is dating her costar Robert Pattinson — says she resents having to hide away in her hotel room to avoid the paparazzi.
“I’d like to take more walks after work, instead of having to come back to my hotel room and not leave. So it can be boring,” Kristen tells the new issue of Interview magazine.
“I’ve been working as an actress since I was very young, and I know a lot of people who are actors who don’t have to deal with having a persona.
“The whole meaning of the word is that it’s made up, and it’s like I didn’t even get to make up my own. It can be annoying.
“Some nights, I think, ‘You know what? I don’t care. I’m just going to do what I want to do.’ Then the next day I think, ‘Ugh. Now everyone thinks I’m going out to get the attention.’ But it’s like, no, I actually, for a second, thought that maybe I could be like a normal person.”
But Stewart, 19, doesn’t think her fame will endure.
“I have a really strong feeling that this is going to go away, that this is the most intense it’s going to get — and could get — and that it’s fleeting,” she says. “So in a few years, I will hopefully become more like the people I want to become like.”
But at least Kristen’s making her parents proud. “My dad is ridiculous,” the star said.
“He’s, like, embarrassingly proud. He really goes overboard, like walking around with magazines and sh–. When this comes out, if this is mentioned in the magazine, he’s going to walk around the set and be like, ‘Hey, look at what my kid said’.”

II also believe that once this Twilight saga blows over in another year that everything is going to change for a lot of those involved in those movies. I think Kirsten is right in s aying her fame will not endure after the Twilight Saga is over. She should start practicing to show extreme stress, anger, dispair, passion, fear, and sadness so maybe her face will change a bit for the next successful films she might make. Instead of doing Joan Jett, she should’ve done the story of Keely Smith, who was about as deadpan as they get.[ She was Louis Prima's singing partner.]
Hey Kristen…dont worry too much once Twilight is finished i am sure u will go back to normal….. i can understand the pressure but enjoy while it last….
