Robert Pattinson Avoids The Paparazzi

The British actor — who’s currently in Canada shooting the third Twilight movie — says he can hardly go out in public anymore.

“I’m plain, I like normal things,” Rob said. “But now there’s rumors about the places I like to visit, and I can’t go to those places anymore.

“One time I tried. I wanted to celebrate my birthday on the same place I always go to, and it was a total failure, there was so many people, I couldn’t have a good time.

“From that point on, I try to avoid places where I can be seen and become the object of paparazzi and curious people.”

Meanwhile, Pattinson — who is rumored to be dating his Twi costar Kristen Stewart — has revealed there’s something “dark” about Twilight sequel New Moon, which hits theaters in November.

“It is a love story, but there is something that gives a darkness to it,” he said. “I think most people like to have a secret in their relationship with their girl or boyfriend.

“It keeps things exciting. And, honestly, while it’s not an action film, this one is much more masculine. I didn’t feel as though I was doing a girly film and I could relate to this one way more.

“The second was always my favorite book and there is a lot of fighting in that. Also, in this one, what Edward goes through is a lot more relatable for guys, whereas in Twilight, it was quite difficult for me to express it.

“Anyone who has had a relationship break-up will understand if I have done it right.”

    I can see why Rpatz will get sick of been mobbed by paps & infactuated fans, seen “normal” fans,then mental fans-v.scary!Poor Rob, cant see him been left alone when the world thinks your their property! Im sure he’ll find a way to deal with it-comes with the job…….

    I agree with Lola. He should just suc it up. God sakes he’s paid $12 mill now per film and he can’t stand the attention. What it gets in the way of his other goals. Turning into an immaciated reclusive freak who gets a jolly out of feeding the paparazzi frenzy. The more time he’s with K the more he turns unattractive, untalented and UNAPPRECIATIVE. I have to say he and the kid-k say they appreciate their fans…fascinating how they never smile now. And no, they are not hounded daily and they do get to go out….so don’t feel so sorry for them. Maybe he should branch out and spend some time with the other actors of the film. So much for the ‘happy twilight family’ they all played up last movie. Now you see what it’s really like having the spoiled ‘in-laws’. Oh one more thing, last year Ted Casavichia made a jab at Nikki for telling the paps wherever she & Rp were at fascinating how the paps are always there now when K & Rp are out….hmm…who’s calling the paps now??? I don’t think too much of kid-k and he ‘user techniques’ but maybe she’s just freaking out as she’s finally in a blockbuster film. She really doesn’t have anything more to her personality that what she puts out there.

    wake up boys and girls, this story is pure invention! not an interview. probably copy pasted from some other site who may have also invented it themselves. read this again, this is not rob talking at all,not even congruent to true events, not at all british. what is all this for?
    be careful about what you read, not everything out there is real. these sites just want to fill up the gap, knowing fully well readers like u want a thing or two about rob. these actors dont do interviews everyday, they dont react to every little thing thats out there. like u and me, they work.
