Katy Perry has been seen walking arm-in-arm with Russell Brand while in London — fueling speculation she’s dating the British comedian.

The Waking up in Vegas songstress and Brand recently returned from a romantic trip to Thailand and were snapped on Friday in Hampstead, North London, where he lives.

Russell wrapped an arm around Katy as he escorted her to a coffee shop, and they were also spotted holding hands before walking through nearby Hampstead Heath park.

“They make a great couple,” an onlooker said. “Both of them were wearing sunglasses but they weren’t trying to hide away. Russell was very tactile and touched Katy affectionately a number of times during their walk.”

Brand has had his eye on Perry for quite some time, sources recently said.

“Russell has fancied Katy for ages,” said one insider.

“When they were both in New York for the MTV Video Music Awards Russell finally got his chance to work his charm on her.

“Katy knows his bad boy reputation but could not resist – especially when Russell sent a love poem with a note attached saying, ‘Please send me a poem back.’

“Russell killed himself laughing when Katy sent a photo of her boobs with the word ‘poem’ scrawled across them.

“The next minute Russell picked up the phone and invited her to Thailand for a secret getaway.

“Despite his reputation, Katy thinks Russell is so charming she just wants to give things a go with him.

“She thinks he is hilarious and incredibly sexy.”
