Lady GaGa’s crazy outfits aren’t a cry for attention — she’s genuinely bonkers, according to legendary crooner Michael Bolton.

Bolton — who worked with GaGa on his new album One World, One Love — insists the Poker Face hitmaker isn’t putting on act for the cameras.

“She came to my hotel room to write a track for the album with only tea cups covering her nipples,” he said. “That was before she was big which proves it wasn’t for the cameras!”

GaGa has previously revealed how her love of silly outfits has left her broke.

“I’ve gone bankrupt about four times now,” she said. “My manager wants to shoot me.

“Every dollar I earn goes on the show. Now we’re finally getting to a place where it’s not bankruptcy.

“Then again, with another tour coming up soon I’ll probably be homeless again.”
