Madonna and Lady GaGa wowed America with their performance on Saturday Night Live last night.

The pop superstars performed a synchronized dance-off, dressed in matching black lingerie and knee-high boots, as part of a comedy skit for the show.

Madonna, 51, recently insisted she doesn’t feel threatened by the 23-year-old Poker Face hitmaker.

“I just saw Lady Gaga,” Madonna during an interview at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards in September. “She looks like she’s going to carnival in Venice, very beautiful.

“I’m very flattered by the comparisons.”

GaGa, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has previously spoken of her admiration for the Holiday hitmaker.

She said her career high point so far was during a concert in New York when two men in the audience — which included Madonna — shed their inhibitions and made love as she sang.

“My sister texted me and she was like, ‘Madonna is 15 feet away from me. And there are two guys having sex in the audience,” GaGa said. “I just remember thinking, ‘Wow, this is exactly what I wanted. I’ve got Madonna and I’ve got gay sex!’”
