Anna Paquin insists she won’t become a “Bridezilla”.
The actress — who recently announced her engagement to her True Blood costar Stephen Moyer – says she won’t spend ages fretting over her big day, because she has never fantasized about getting married.
“It feels organic,” she said. “It’s more about being family that becoming Bridezilla overnight and wearing some big meringue wedding dress. That would scare the s**t out of me. I wasn’t the girl who spent hours dreaming of my wedding.”
“We’re not planning the wedding yet,” Anna added. “I’m not really that girl, we’re not really that couple.
“We’re happy and things are good and we’re not on any particular schedule and it’ll happen when we have time.”
Paquin, 27, recently revealed what bought her Moyer together.
“It’s not so much about the things you have in common, like the fact that half the television I watched growing up was British TV,” said the star, who was born in Canada. “It’s just the shared experience of being foreign in America, a place where you’re sort of expected not to feel foreign.”
