It seems Khloe Kardashian’s marriage to Lamar Odom isn’t legal after all.
Despite Odom previously insisting the nuptials — which took place September in Los Angeles — were the real deal, Radar Online claims the couple are only in the beginning stages of pre-nup talks.
Sources close to Odom say the pair still have yet to sign the paperwork to make them recognized legally as man and wife in the state of California.
“Neither side has set forth to the opposing side things to be included in the pre-nup,” the insider said. “They are only in the beginning stages of talks, but everything is moving forward, with no red flags from either Khloe or Lamar.
“They’re expected to sign the pre-nup in the next several weeks.
“Khloe and Lamar are very much in love.”
Kardashian and Odom — who had only been dating for a month before getting hitched — held their ceremony at the LA mansion of Kardashian family friend and music manager Irving Azoff.
Celebrities in attendance included Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer, Brittny Gastineau and Lala Vazquez.
Lara Spencer of US TV show The Insider was among the guests.
“It was so sweet,” she told Us Weekly magazine of the ceremony. “The vows were so unique.”
