Mariah Carey has given the biggest hint yet that she’s planning to become a mom — she’s been choosing baby names with her husband Nick Cannon!

The singer insists she isn’t pregnant — but she is prepared.

“We have to keep the name secret because if we told everybody, then somebody might use it and then we have to change it, and then it wouldn’t be as good,” she said Tuesday on SIRIUS XM’s Morning Mash Up. “We picked these names out a long time ago.”

Carey recently revealed that she often goes out in public wearing Cannon’s clothes.

“I go for walks in a semi-disguise. That’s fun to me,” she told Popeater. “I like to go to public places and do things that I would never get a chance to do. The other night, I went out wearing all Nick’s clothes.”

But Mariah says the disguise won’t work when she and Nick are hanging out together.

“The thing is, if they recognize him, they’re going to [recognize me],” she says. “If he’s holding someone’s hand and walking with them, they’re going to look and go, ‘Who is he with?’”
