Shakira: ‘I Sound Like a Goat’

Singer Shakira admits she has a voice “like a goat”.
The Hips Don’t Lie hitmaker says she was banned from her school choir because her music teacher didn’t think she could sing.
“I never made it to the school choir because the music teacher didn’t like my voice,” explains Shakira. “I was pretty sad. But he was probably right, I did have a voice a bit like a goat but my dad told me to never give up and to keep going and it’s paid off.”
Shakira — who is set to make a cameo appearance in the smash hit TV show Ugly Betty — recently revealed that she wants to have a baby.
“I don’t worry about the fact we’re not married,” she said. “We function as a married couple even though we are not married. But we have been together for nine years. We are committed to each other and have thought about having babies. I wanna reproduce so bad!”
