Stephen Moyer wants to get intimate with Alexander Skarsgard — in front of the camera!
The True Blood actor — who is engaged to his costar Anna Pacquin — says he’d love his 173-year-old character to share a steamy scene with the Swedish star’s Eric Northman.
“Alex is a good friend of mine and a fantastic actor and I love working with Alex and I don’t get to do it as much as I would love to,” Stephen said. “You never know — whether they’ll stick Eric and Bill in bed together, I don’t know. But here’s hoping.”
Talking about the love triangle between Bill, Sookie and Eric in the show, Stephen said, “One thing about great drama is that you can’t watch two characters be happy for… well, sometimes half a season is too much.
“I think there has to be obstacles put in their way. I think the Bill and Eric characters are great.”
Meanwhile, True Blood creator Alan Ball has revealed Stephen and Anna didn’t hide their romance as well as they thought.
“I know that they think that nobody knew about it until the end of the season,” Ball told People magazine, “but I knew about it by episode two.
“When I found out that they were dating, my reaction was, ‘Uh-oh! I hope that this doesn’t blow up in our face.’
“But this has been happening long enough that it’s very clear that it is the real thing.
“They’re very, very happy, and I’m just thrilled for them.”
