When Katy Perry‘s friends come to visit, they get to see her naked — kind of.

Since Perry was given a Barbie doll of herself, the I Kissed a Girl singer — who is currently dating British comedian Russell Brand — makes sure her mini-me is nude and in full view of everyone to see.

“Somebody wanted to make me into a doll and they made 500 of them,” Katy said.

“All because I happened to use their dolls in my You’re So Gay video — so they made me a doll.

“I have one at home and I don’t put any clothes on her and I just keep her on the mantelpiece naked for everybody that comes by to see. It’s hilarious.”

Perry, 24, recently revealed that she never travels light.

“Never travel light!” she said of her top tips for traveling. “I never do. Definitely not. I always have tonnes of luggage. I have a lot of stuff I need to take with me. Have you seen some of my costumes and dresses?”
