New Moon Star Kristen Stewart Dodges Robert Pattinson Question
Kristen Stewart hates being asked about those rumors she’s dating her Twilight costar Robert Pattinson!
In fact, the actress is so fed up with questions about her love life — she now refuses to answer them.
In a new interview with America’s Allure magazine, the 19-year-old star dodged questions about the extent of her relationship with Pattinson for fear of fueling reports they are a real-life couple.
“I read that story every day… It’s in a story every day, so let’s not put it in another one.”
Showbiz Spy reported at the weekend how Rob and Kristen are “dreading” their upcoming promotional duties for Twilight sequel New Moon.
“Rob and Kristen love the acting; but they hate everything else — the publicity and hype — that goes with the Twilight franchise,” a source told a tabloid.
“They’re dreading giving interviews because they know people will try and ask them about their relationship.”
New Moon hits theaters on November 20.
And in a new interview with an Aussie newspaper paper, 23-year-old Pattinson played down rumors he’s dating Stewart — insisting he’s “single” and still not having much luck with the ladies.
“Girls scream out for Edward, not Robert,” R-Patz told the Sydney Morning Herald. “I still can’t get a date.”

I couldn’t agree more with what some of you are saying. These poor people are just trying to make a living doing what they love to do and all these crazy fans are making it unbearable. How would you feel if you got to do something you really enjoyed and were very passionate about and someone was making your dream look like a nightmare? Please be more dignified fans and see them for who they are, they are people, like you and me, they just happen to star in movies. They aren’t characters or material objects… remember that…
I don’t know how Robert feels, but I can imagine. It must be so horrible to have someone scream another name at you. And I’m sure girls do scream his name, he just knows that it’s not him they’re yearning for. I think fans are blindly believing that Robert is, in fact, Edward, but if I could give Robert a tip, I’d tell him to be a vain asshole. Maybe girls wouldn’t fall over him so much and the poor kid could get a half-ass break.

Just leave them alone. you all just like him in moveies you dont even know him. I’m just waiting for one of them to have enough and watch the “fit hit the shan” (and YES, I do realize how I spelled those words….thank Toby Keith for helping me on that one):)I’m a fan of Twilight, but I’m not one of “those” fans. I know the difference between fantasy and reality……and the reality of it all is that it must really suck for them right now.
I have about had it with the celeberty crap, does teh american public seriously not have enough to do but obsess over what others do. now dont get me wrong, i am an absolute twilight addict, and have probably read teh series more that sanely possible, but Robert and Kristen are just actors and honestly i feel bad for the situation that doing what you love has put them in. Its awsome being in the lime light i am sure, but when you hound someone down and yell out their characters name it is.. okay not really words strong enough for it. i am an obsessed person for teh franchsie and believe the actors that played my fav characters did a rockin job but if i saw them down hte street i wouldnt go ape sh!t and stock them and go nuts is they looked like they were dating, who cares, now if they said here’s lots of cash if you pretend to care then i am sure i can fake it but honestly, minus the niffty job they have, they are not really different from anyone else
