Russell Brand‘s relationship with pop superstar Katy Perry is doomed to fail — because the British comedian isn’t capable of monogamy, according to his ex-girlfriend.

Georgina Baillie told Life & Style magazine that the controversial funnyman can’t stay faithful.

“Everyone knows you don’t date Russell Brand seriously,” Baillie said. “Russell likes the idea of having a serious relationship, but when you’ve got all these different flavors of ice cream offered to you on a plate, you’re not going to stick with vanilla, are you? I don’t think he’s capable of monogamy.”

And it seems Georgina isn’t the only person who thinks the relationship won’t last.

Reports yesterday claimed Perry’s ex-boyfriend Travis McCoy has told pals he thinks Brand will eventually grow tired the I Kissed a Girl hitmaker.

“Travis is livid… but getting a sick kick out of the idea their relationship will go under due to Russell’s philandering,” a source told the UK’s Daily Mirror newspaper.
