Adam LambertAdam Lambert is now a proper little pop star — after recording his first music video!

The American Idol star told MTV that he’s just finished the promo for this debut single Time For Miracles and the shoot was “really performance-driven,” he said. “It was really about the lyric content and the emotional guts of the song”.

Lambert says the track will be used in forthcoming disaster movie 2012, which opens in cinemas on November 13.

“There were a ton of extras on the set,” he said. “What they were doing is they were staging scenes reminiscent of what happens in 2012.

“I’m just walking through looking straight at the camera singing the song, and there’s a riot going on around me — people being tossed in front of me, looting, you know, people being arrested.

“That was pretty wild, to try to stay focused on the song while that was happening. But we had fun. It was a good day.”

Lambert recently revealed his plans for Halloween.

“I’m going as a glam-pire,” the star told RadarOnline. “I love Twilight, I love vampires, I’m a big fan, so I decided to go as a vampire who likes to glam it up.”

    The snippet of “Time For Miracles” brought me to tears. I can only imagine the emotions I will feel when I see Adam’s video for the very first time. I am so proud of Adam and I am so happy to be alive to witness this Superstar’s existence on Earth. I don’t remember ever being so frustrated that the time is not going by quickly enough, I am on pins and needles to hear the entire TFM song, to see Adam’s first video, his first single and then of course the release of his first CD. The Adam Storm is brewing!!

    YES, all the Adam fanatic fans can’t hardly wait for the coming out for Adam’s new song TFM. Heard a snippet of the song, and it sound terrific. Of course – Adam is singing it! With his amazing vocals, charismatic personality, outrageous/stylish clothing, good looks, sexy dancing, etc. Gosh! It’s no wonder he is so loved by so many! We are awaiting for Adam to make his debut of his video and cd. I think this young man is about to “ROCK” this World with his music and will have to build himself a trophy room to put all his awards ~ he’s already starting to receive them ~ you go boy!

    I have listened all day to Adams “Time for Miracles”…..It is beautiful and he is so great in the video….I have preordered both the cd and the moviel…Want time for Miracles for my van…..You are a beautiful artist Adam…Just hopeit don’t go to your head and you give us a lot of enjoyable music….
