Robert Pattinson Never Dated Nikki Reed!

Robert PattinsonRobert Pattinson NEVER dated his Twilight costar Nikki Reed – despite previous reports to the contrary.

It had been claimed that Pattinson and Reed — who play vampire siblings Rosalie Hale and Edward Cullen in the films based on the books by author Stephenie Meyer – got intimate while filming Twilight sequel New Moon in Vancouver, Canada, earlier this year.

But Nikki, 21, has spoken out to set the record straight.

“I can’t win,” she says. “A few weeks ago I was at this event, and they said, ‘You missed Rob’s birthday, how do you feel?’ And I said, ‘I called him, it’s fine.’ And they wrote, ‘She’s clearly bitter over the breakup.’

“I’m like, what breakup? Rob and I were never together.”

“My opinion of Rob has always sort of been the same,” Nikki added. “He’s a great guy, he’s really talented, [but] we’re not as close as the rest of the cast.”

Reed was left reeling in August after her laptop was stolen.

“The police are trying to find it for me, but I doubt they will, which really sucks!” she said at the time.

Rob, 23, is widely rumored to be dating his other costar, Kristen Stewart.

    What does ” we are not as close as the rest of the cast ” mean? I am not implying anything, i really could not understand what she meant by it. Please , can somebody explain in Layman’s terms? Are the rest of the cast closer to Rob than Nikki is ? It is bizarre because i haven’t seen Rob hanging out with anyone except for Kristen and Nikki. I haven’t seen him hanging out with Kellan or Bryce Dallas or Peter. I thought she was one of the people he got close to while filming the saga??????

    It just means that while she hangs out a lot with Kristen and Elizabeth, she doesn’t hang out as much with Rob. Which is understandable, he’s on set a lot and he spent most of the reprieve between NM and E in NY.

    Ok now i get it. But i thought it was the other way around, at least last summer. They spent a lot of time together. They were shopping for boxes, then he took her to dinner along with his sisters and they went to see Nikki’s friend play at a local bar. In my opinion, they used to spend a lot of time together , something definitely happened and they started to hang out separately. Either Rob wanted to be distant from her ( which i feel is the main reason) or Rob started dating Kristen and things had to be changed.

    I thought they were in bed together according to last years gossip. What, is he trying to clean that up now because of Kristen?

    I don’t know what happened with Nikki but Rob might have dated Camilla Belle. Did you read GQ interview ? He said he picked Camilla up at her home, and when he was asked if they were just friends he said” I mean….. yeah”. Even the interviewer has added his own comments in the text saying that he was not a very good liar and that he wasn’t giving convincing answers. If he never dated the girl and she was just his friend , he would have said” We are only friends, we never dated.”. It would be that easy. He never gave conclusive answers. By the way, before they were photographed in Venice Beach, both Camilla and Joe Jonas’ publicists reported that they were separated. Thus, Camilla was single at the time and was seeing Rob. Plus, Rob went to Camilla’s birthday and invited her to Twilight premiere. I don’t think they were boyfriend and girlfriend, however, they hung out not just in a friendly manner. I am sure of it. Plus, in a radio interview, the interviewer asked Rob why he and Camilla were hanging out and that she had really reliable sources in the showbiz claiming they were seeing each other. Rob just laughed and tried to divert the question. He then said that he has known Camilla for years and that they were friends ( he also said he was friends with Joe Jonas). And the interviewer asked( which was a good question), ”Then why didn’t Joe Jonas join you when you had lunch and went to premieres together?” and he laughed and said ” i don’t know”. The same thing might have happened with Nikki , that is the reason why Nikki denies it. If they never committed to anything and just flirted for a little while , it is in their best interest to deny rumors. I don’t know maybe Rob does not want any steady girlfriend at the moment. Honestly, even though i love him soo much, and think that he is so sincere and honest, i also believe that he is exaggerating the stuff about not being able to get a date and that about people not committing to him. Also, about the fact that only teenagers are keen on him. He knows perfectly well that if he wants he can date a girl his age , or even older girls. I think he just hangs around some girls in his free time while in NY and LA and forgive me for saying but also sleeps around. It would be so naive of us to think the other way around. Even if Kristen was the one he always wanted, i am sure that he did not spend his time all alone while they were apart and Kristen was officially with Mike. Don’t believe anything you read of course, but don’t also believe guys that much. I grew up with 4 brothers and i know that they sometimes exaggerate stuff or are secretive.

    Think about it this way, isn’t it weird that he never dated anyone since he came to America? He is young and good looking and now he is so famous. Plus, he is an easy going , and a funny guy. He went to London for Christmas and stayed there for 10 days. I cannnot believe that he never wanted a girl in 2 years time.If he is straight which he is , that is just not possible. But he is good at avoiding paparazzi, therefore, he may not have been photographed with the girls he hung out with.Plus, in access Hollywood interview he reveals that he is getting weird text messages like” are we still on with the marriage this friday, your are not getting cold feet?” . In addition he says that he has got so many Carolines and Veronicas ‘ phone numbers saved in his cell.That means that he has given his phone number to many girls and also fooled around enough to propose to them ( jokingly of course). There is no other way that girls get his cell phone number. No one near him would give it to anyone , they even sign a confidentiality agreement , they can be sued even if they reveal a little secret.

    haha, they dated for sure! I think they broke up in like april because after that she has been saying nothing but mean things about him. Last year they were seen out together alot, so its not true that she is not at close to him as the rest of the cast. Its just because she is sad that they broke up!
