Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart ‘Obsessed With Online Gossip’

Robert Pattinson and Kristen StewartRobert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have become “obsessed” with reading internet gossip about their lives, insiders say.

The rumored couple — who are currently in Vancouver, Canada, shooting the third Twilight movie, Eclipse – apparently meet up in their hotel rooms, turn on their laptops, and find out what the bloggers are saying about them.

“Rob and Kristen never used to pay attention to what was being written about them in the media but in recent weeks, they’ve become fascinated by it.

“They’re obsessed with Googling themselves to find out what the bloggers and fans are saying about them. They find all the rumors hilarious!”

Kristen, 19, recently admitted that she likes to Google herself.

“The commenters are usually worse than the bloggers,” she told Allure magazine. “I know what people say about me.”

Stewart — who got lost en route to her Allure interview at a Beverly Hills hotel — said she’d check the internet later to “see what an idiot I looked like getting lost … you just Google, ‘Kristen Stewart, lost, directions.’ Or put the date in. I can’t believe I’m giving away how to Google me!”

Rob, 23, recently revealed that his mom often believes some of the nonsense that’s being written about her famous son.

“My mom says, ‘I can’t believe you did this’, and I’m like, ‘I didn’t do it’, she’s like, ‘yes you did, I know you did’,” Pattinson said.

“It was about swearing, I was like, ‘say something about sleeping with people and swearing and stuff, I wasn’t even in the city’.

“And she’s just like, ‘no, I don’t believe, I bet you did say that’.”

    If Kristen is reading this here is some advice: wipe the nasty scowl off your face, lay off the bong,quit using the F bomb in every interview, and class up your act. To last in “the biz” people have to like you, really like you and you are coming across like a snarky, druggie, inarticulate, unlikeable,spoiled twit. Joan Jett wasn’t cool back in the day, why in the hell are you so obsessed with her? It’s embarrassing. How about a new female role model? What do Jodie Foster, Cate Blanchet, Meryl Streep, Kate Winslet have in common? Uh, besides being awesome oscar winning actresses, they don’t seem to have the papparazzi trailing them. They have class, speak in complete sentences and aren’t trying to channel an 80′s has been rocker. How about deciding one of those ladies is “the f-ing coolest!” as you would put it in your trash mouthed way. Seriously Kristen, start caring about what you project…right now, it has no appeal beyond the teeny bopper crowd and you will need the rest of us to have a real career.

    I like and agree with your comments Riele Truly. Over the last few weeks I have had the opportunity to see some of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s “older” movies. I truly believe that Robert has a chance at a very long and good career as an actor as he was awesome in “Little Ashes” and I am sure whatever other movies he will make in his future will be awesome as well. Robert is talented beyond words not only as an actor but as a musician as well. Now Kristen is another story. I have seen 3 of her movies and basically her demenor in all movies is the same (facial expressions, language, the way she speaks) and found nothing really exciting about her movies. Just because these 2 actors are protraying Stephanie Meyers characters from her AWESOME Saga books has really nothing to do with these two as it is Stephanie’s romantic novels that have entralled the world and Robert and Kristen just happened to be the two actors that were picked to portray the characters. It will be interesting to see New Moon and Eclipse and hopefully Breaking Dawn to see how Robert and Kristen’s portrayal of Edward and Bella goes along. From reading comments about the making of these movies I know they work hard, long hours but this is what they wanted. I’m a Twilight Grandma and love the stories and so do my younger granddaughters!

    Here I go again..Karen and Riele Kristen is 19 years old, Rob is 23. How can you compare Kristen to the actresses above? Give this girl a chance. You all need to lay off both these two and I hope they both are reading this and laughing. You all have nothing better to do with your lives but criticize others. I can assure you all if Kristen and Rob get through this Twilight series hype, which I think they will…you will see them continue with their craft. Kristen can easily become a Meryl, Kate, Cate and Jodie in the future. The same with Rob he will be up there with Leo,Johnny, Tom and George.     Well, rumor or not, Kristen and Robert look very good together on-screen and off-screen.

    I do wish that as much as I’d love for them to get together in real life, live happily ever after – whether it be as friends or more than that, how I’d wish that the two would be given space and privacy that every single human being needs.

    I also wish that those who don’t want the two to end up together to stop demonizing either one of them. They’re down-to-earth people who made a success for themselves in a business that is vicious and threatens to warp everything that’s good in a person…and so far, they’re doing their best to manage the fame while keeping true to themselves.

    It makes my head shake when I see gossip that warps what their co-stars say about them.

    For short, if they are a couple then let them tell that to us in their own time…or if people dare ask and get a “no” then let them have their space for a little while. And most especially don’t make good people look bad by spreading vicious and untrue gossip just because they said they’re not a couple.

    I know that the people on here probably don’t want to here what I have to say, but here goes. I know that just about everyone loves twilight and they love Kristen and Rob Pattinson, but they are just ordinary people like everyone else. They need privacy when they want it. I feel really sorry for them, that everything that they do or say is made into front page news. I can only imagine how Rob feels. It was like he turned into a star overnight. It would scare the crap out of me if I had people screaming and clawing at me. I am really glad that they made the movie together though. They do have a certain chemistry with each other. The movie is about true love finding one another. It just happens to be a vampire and a mortal. The one thing that makes the movie so attractive is the forbidden love, and how much they love each other. I absolutely love the movie. And I know that this sounds stupid, but I had a really close person to me pass away a couple of years ago, and when I first watched twilight it reminded me of the way me and him loved each other. He was my Edward. But anyway, I think that Bella and Edward made this story what it is because of their love for one another. But Kristen isnt really Bella, and Rob isnt really Edward. They have their own lives ( Kristen & Rob). They might have a connection with their characters, but thats as far as it goes. I think that Kristen has her own style, just like teenagers do. And I think that her style suits her. I also think that Rob has his own style. It suits him well also. Well the only thing that I have to say to the both of you, if you are reading this is that if you ever need to just get away from all the crap of hollywood and take a break, dont tell anyone about it.     Hey Robert,
    There is a song by John Mayer called “Stop This Train” (live version) that is so great. I think you would really appreciate the chord progressions and lyrics. Also, there is a band called “The Great Fiction” that is very talented. You should go to their myspace and check out the song “Body Urge” and others as well. The band Silverchair is always always great to listen to if you want originality and lyrical depth. Two great songs by Silverchair are “Ana’s Song” (accousitc version is fantastic) and “Tuna in the Brine” live version from the Young Modern Launch concert on youtube. I hope you are getting along well. The easiest way to lose yourself in the environment that you are in is to start to compromise who you are for love, money or success. Please don’t ever do that. It is better to have less money and keep your integrity than to start on that well traveled road of compromise and self betrayal. Take care and keep it real always. P.S.     First of all thank you both for the excellent work for bringing the books to life. I had to send the fourth book from England to Belgium for a friend of my friend and that is how I discovered the books. This last holiday in Austria (my husband is austrian) I couldn’t stop reading them. ‘The Twilight saga’ phenomenon did me think back of the Romeo&Juliet saga from Zeffirelli in ’68.
    Back then I was 14 years old and also smitten with the film.
    I’am not googling for a long time but I am glad I started it and so I came across the two actors Olivia Hussey and Leonard Whiting.
    Kristen did me think of Olivia Hussey in fact she has also the natural beauty and she is a bit older now than was Olivia back then. Robert is also very charming and has an attractive personality to me and you both together have an amazing chemistry. The way you both are handling things is amazing because I saw here in Reading Peter Andres album signing from far away and couldn’t stand the hysteria and screaming girls, why do they have to scream so hard…. Please continue to keep your cool because it must be very hard to go through if you can’t enjoy normal things you want to do.

    I am a high school English teacher and I have read the Twilight Saga. I have even paired Twilight with Romeo and Juliet and my students loved it. On a personal note, Emerson said, “to be a nonconformist is to be true to yourself”. Rob, Kristen, you are nonconformists and please stay that way. You are both extremely talented actors. I have seen other movies you both have been in and your versitility with the characters you portray is amazing. Don’t let the media hype or the negativity in some of the comments upset you. Just continue to be yourselves. It is no one’s business what you do or don’t do. Both of you have worked hard to get where you are now. Keep up the great work.

    It is really wrong to judge a person by looking at his/her outer looks. Therefore,it should be wrong to judge Victoria Beckham looking at her fake tan and plastic face- boobs. Honestly, even though i do not like women who are so snobby, i have never seen Victoria Beckham being impolite or unkind to fans or paparazzi or towards other media people. Therefore, you are wrong to judge her on these counts.To be able to do that, you should have seen her talk, act or behave in a wrong way sometime- not even sometime – most of the time. A person can look like a bum but can be well educated and well mannered, as well as another can be a total Audrey Hepburn but misbehave. To understand that a person is a natural , you should see her/him talk , act, and behave well. Kristen in my opinion fails in all of them. She can be a good or a bad actress, that would not be her fault if she skyrocketed in 5 days time and cannot be judged for that. On the other hand, she can be judged depending on her bad manners,impolite behavior,bad jokes and use of bad language to the press. I also accept that she looks like a trailer trash , but i think she tries hard to look that way and is actually proud of it. A natural person who is cool and careless, would not be proud of her/his bad looks but wouldn’t change it because of other people. Therefore, judging a person depending on how many plastic surgeries she had, and how many times she has been to the tanning salon to look orange is as wrong as judging another one who looks dirty and careless. The thing we are saying here is that she misbehaves all the time and that counts.

    I have a daughter a bit younger than Kristen and have told her exactly what I would tell Kristen if she were my daughter: The foul mouth is not “cool” nor cute and, for that matter, it is quite the conformist’s way of speaking, not the other way round.

    Kristen is a beautiful young girl with everything going for her. I do agree, however, that the foul language detracts from her overall beauty and intelligence. Supposedly, people who lack a decent vocabulary tend to compensate by using profanity. Which is all the more puzzling since Kristen seems to have a good vocabulary, however, she tends to get flustered and nervous during interviews.

    As for Kristen’s acting, I can’t find fault with it. So much of acting comes from one’s expressions and eyes. You’ve heard the expression – pardon the pun – “the eyes have it…” well, Kristen’s got it. She’ll never lack acting jobs.

    My husband has been bitten by a former girlfriend when he finished it. He had to have an injection against tetanos as you know is required in such cases.
    When I finished with a former boyfriend he pushed me and I had a commotion. You see it can happen without asking for it.
    If it is true that marriage is on the agenda I think it is to be appreciated and an honour to be asked and real love is in the air.

    Ok all you kids need to take a time out! Stop with the Kristen hating. You sound like a bunch of jealous witches. If Kristen reads this, I want her to know that I the most intelligent thing she ever did was express a desire to go to University. That’s where you grow as a person and learn stuff. I think it’s very sharp of you to want to learn to write. It’s not an easy gig, but you strike me as the type of girl that can just about anything that you set your mind to doing.
    But seriously….clean up your act. White trash does not look good on you….I’m just sayin’…………

    Kristen needs a lot of help. She needs to learn to behave. She needs to learn how to just deal with others from day to day. She needs to grow up so much. How do you do this? For starters you don’t go around with a big chip on your shoulders. You don’t flip off everyone under the sun just because they are breathing the same air as you. It is clear she needs to learn to be a nice person. I am not talking about becoming Strawberry shortcake, just lay off the bitchiness. Lay of the curse words. Lay off the drugs and clean up your looks and your speech. At 20 years old she should have already learned her manners. Most learn that in pre-school! If she wants to becoming a real actor, go get some acting classes! I don’t think she wants to grow as a person because she seems to think herself so deep. She can just go on living in never never land with Peter Pan ;)
