Lindsay Lohan is back on the boys!

The Mean Girls star — who had an extremely volatile on/off romance with DJ Samantha Ronson — was recently seen getting cozy with married actor/oil heir Balthazar Getty at West Hollywood nightspot Voyeur.

The pair were seen sneaking through the club’s backdoor and were all over each other at a table in the front of the room, according to a clubgoer.

Lohan and Getty stayed for less than half an hour before leaving the nightclub, where Whitney Port, Ryan Phillippe and Matthew Perry were also having a good time, People magazine reported.

Meanwhile, Lindsay is reportedly seeking a restraining order against her dad.

The actress is said to be scared stiff by by Michael Lohan‘s behavior and is seeking legal action to stop him from contacting her.

“Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious,” a source close to the actress told People magazine.

Michael recently revealed his plans to “kidnap” Lindsay and take her to an isolated location to help “get her straight”.

“I’m going to see the judge this week,” he said. “If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”
