Vince Vaughn’s wedding won’t be a lavish affair on a cliff-top — he just doesn’t see the point!
The Couples Retreat actor — who is engaged to his Canadian real estate agent girlfriend Kyla Weber — says his big day will be relatively low-key.
“Thankfully we’re going to have a small wedding with just our families, which is good,” says Vaughn, who has previously dated Jennifer Aniston. “I’ve seen these huge weddings on cliff-tops and it’s unclear what goes through these people’s minds.
“But then I always start taking bets Wedding Crashers-style like: ‘I give this wedding a year-and-a-half, tops’.
“If the wedding is that big and that crazy, you start to go: ‘What are they making up for?’ Is that a way to convince each other — ‘Let’s make the biggest spectacle possible because there’s no way we can get a divorce from this.’ And inevitably they do.”
