Usher Finalizes Divorce From Tameka Foster?

UsherSINGER Usher is a free man — after reportedly finalizing his divorce from wife Tameka Foster.

According to TMZ, the status of the divorce changed in the official record to “Disposed.”

When a divorce case is “Disposed” it typically means the divorce is final.

Usher signed the divorce papers in August, but the change in the court file occurred October 21.

Tameka’s lawyer, however, insists the pair are still married. “The case being ‘disposed’ is incorrect,” the attorney said.

“They are still married.”

Reports earlier this year claimed the Pop Ya Collar hitmaker had “fallen” for a female music industry executive.

“He can’t dump Tameka fast enough. No one likes her,” a source said. “Since the day it became known he was dating Tameka, friends and family have been telling him she’s not right for him.

“Tameka was fighting to save the marriage, when Usher traveled to Cleveland for basketball play-offs last month, Tameka followed him. You had the farcical situation of Tameka running around town trying to find him and Usher ordering friends not to tell her where he was staying.”

Usher, 31, and Foster, 38, have two sons together – Usher Raymond V, 21 months, and Naviyd Ely, who was born last December. Foster also has three sons from a prior relationship.

    I am happy if he is happy, so I hope everyone respect the fact that Tameka does have 2 children with him and for the kids sake depart from each other if you cannot get alone, Next time Usher listen to your MOTHER….

    Usher is my dude! I know what it’s like to go too far into a “doomed” relationship, and give my all to someone who did not deserve it just to make up for a mistake (not chillin’ with Chilli). I don’t know much about Tameka, but if she did prey on him (as his mother put it) then it was bound to come to an end anyway. To be honest, I dug the last album, but I believe that was a Tameka Foster production. The Chris Browns and Justin Timberlakes had their moment. I think it’s time to drop “Confessions Part 3.” (or whatever the title)

    well i’m not really into usher and tameka marital relationship but i do think that their lives should be decided by them, whether they want separate lives or to be together. Usher is ma man, down to whatsoever he decides.
