Uma Thurman Lost Weight After Operation on Her Arm

UMA Thurman has shed the pounds without doing any exercise — and it’s all thanks to an operation she had on her her right arm.
The Kill Bill stars says she’s lost weight because she now finds it difficult to eat.
“A few years ago I fell down trying to put something up on a shelf and they had to fix it with metal parts,” explains Uma. “I had to get surgery to take out some metal so now I’m in a cast.
“It’s gonna be good but right now it’s kind of hard because it’s my right arm and I’m right-handed. I’ve actually lost weight as it takes so long to eat with only my left hand my food goes cold!”
Uma, 39, recently revealed that she struggled to “find herself” when she had children.
“Well, her circumstances are different, but her concerns are the same as mine,” she said. “Trying to be true to yourself as an individual and as a woman and be a loving mother and grow and find yourself — that’s the kind of thing we all deal with. I thought that was really universal.”
