ROBERT Pattinson insists he’s delighted with the success of Twilight — but admits he still feels overawed by his legions of female fans.

The hunky Brit — who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the movie franchise — says he’s figuring out how to deal with all this attention.

“I’m not entirely sure what it is,” he said. “I’ll probably realize afterward how I could have controlled it a little bit more.

“But I am still like a deer in headlights at the moment.”

Rob, 23, recently revealed that he’s thinking about quitting Hollywood.

“I don’t even know if I want to be an actor that long,” he said. “I don’t even know how to be someone else… if I start doing lame work, I’m not going to stick around and do it!”

Meanwhile, R-Patz will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in a new episode airing November 20.
