Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy Defy Split Rumors at This is It Premiere
JENNIFER Love Hewitt and beau Jamie Kennedy looked very much the happy couple at the Los Angeles premiere of Michael Jackson’s This Is It documentary in Los Angeles Tuesday night.
Hewitt, 30, recently insisted she and Kennedy aren’t on the verge of a split — despite reports to the contrary.
“I’m not going to lie — it’s not annoying, it’s hurtful,” the actress said of the breakup rumors.
“It’s really hurtful that people say that. Because he is like the most awesome person.”
Fox News recently claimed that the couple’s relationship is still in trouble from Kennedy’s rumored infidelity with his ex-girlfriend, Britney’s Spears‘ former assistant Shannon Funk.
“I really hate that people would make it seem like he’s not really a good guy, and not treating me well. He treats me very well,” Jen added.
“We are just trying to be really happy. It makes it hard to do that when everybody is putting negative energy out there.”
“I am lucky to be with her,” Kennedy added. “And I love her very much.”
