He was with a girl named Nina back in London 3-4 years ago. And as far as i knew -read he had to leave her because he was going to America to pursue acting( to shoot Twilight mainly). I am surprised that he regrets leaving her , that is proof he does not go out with Kristen. I mean he would not talk about his previous relationships is he was seeing a girl now. Every guy knows not to talk about ( at least publicly) his ex if there is a new girl present in his life.Nina was friends with his friends actually, i bet they had great time together. I know that they lived together for 2-3 years. I actually feel sorry for that girl. She loved him for his soul and personality -he was unknown at the time- , and he left her to since he had to leave London for some time. He could have gone back to her after having finished filming.And i think that is what she thought he would do.However, since he skyrocketed to fame in 5 days and met Kristen things have changed. He developed feelings for her and completely broke up with Nina. Poor girl. Her ex boyfriend of 3 years is now the most coveted guy in the world. I think i know what he means.
