Sandra Bullock Should be Kept Out of Custody Battle — Her Husband Says

Sandra Bullock SANDRA Bullock‘s husband Jesse James is furious his famous wife has been dragged into the bitter custody battle between himself and his porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.

Lindemulder claimed earlier this week that Bullock was trying to take her daughter away from her.

“What would give her the right to take away my daughter?” she said in an interview Thursday with ABC’s Good Morning America. “You know, this is my daughter. I am the best mother I can be.”

Sandra, 45, has been helping Jesse, 40, raise 5-year-old Sunny since January while Janine — star of films such as Mrs Behavin’, Sleeping Booty and Dyke Diner — was in prison.

James’s attorney Marilyn Slifman calls Lindemulder’s remarks “inaccurate and unfortunate.”

“Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation,” Slifman said in a statement to People magazine. “Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom.”

In a letter to the judge at Lindemulder’s sentencing, Bullock alleged Sunny was left alone during the day while Lindemulder was “asleep from drug use.”

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own,” Bullock says, adding, “that couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert,” she writes, “never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

    Obviously, you, Janine need to sort out your priorities. Your daughter comes first in your life, not your career, until the child can fend for herself. Obviously, neglect has come in to play here, by sleeping on the job, sort of speak. That's child abuse. Now, just because your a pornstar, doesn't mean you're a bad mother, but what if Sunny swallowed some poison, fell down and broke her arm, or worse, while you're out cold because of you're stupidity? How are you going to feel then, Janine? If you can't get yourself to be the mother Sunny deserves, then you should do what's best for Sunny and let her be with Jesse and Sandra.

      It's called "best interest of the child." Sandra is not a party to the case, she's a witness. Janine needs to realize that the child has spent a lot of time with Sandra and Jesse because Janine was in PRISON and unable to function as the girl's mother. Tactics like this are usually used by desperate people who will eventually lose custody if their not careful and fail to prove they can adequately parent the child. Stop the blaming and start acting like a responsible parent!

    Janine can always prove to the court that she's not on drugs by volunteering RANDOM drug testing. She won't lose custody of her child soley on her past behavior. Courts aren't going to terminate a natural parents rights based on the hearsay of Sandra Bullock or the prejudiced comments of her ex husband who apparently isn't a peach himself. (He did after all marry the ex porn star) He wasn't even in his child's life for a long period of time which makes him look very bad to the judge. My opinion is this, they are both (Janine and Jesse) white trash. The only decent person in the situation is the child. Sandra Bullock should have thought twice about marrying that ass.
