She won't lose custody of her child soley on her past behavior. Courts aren't going to terminate a natural parents rights based on the hearsay of Sandra Bullock or the prejudiced comments of her ex husband who apparently isn't a peach himself. (He did after all marry the ex porn star) He wasn't even in his child's life for a long period of time which makes him look very bad to the judge. My opinion is this, they are both (Janine and Jesse) white trash. The only decent person in the situation is the child. Sandra Bullock should have thought twice about marrying that ass.
