Michael Jackson’s Father Accuses Will Administrators of Fraud
MICHAEL Jackson’s father Joe has accused the administrators of the singer’s will of fraud.
The Jackson patriarch — who was omitted from his son’s will — filed documents in court late Monday claiming Michael — who died June 25 — believed his old friends John Branca and John McClain had defrauded him, according to the AP.
Attorney Howard Weitzman, who represents the executors, said the father’s claims were too outrageous to be worthy of comment. A hearing on the matter is scheduled Tuesday morning.
Joe, 80, recently demanded a monthly allowance from Michael’s estate.
He filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court Friday, claiming he’s “entitled to his own independent family allowance.”
In the documents, Leonard Rowe — who claims to have been Michael’s manager — says the King of Pop used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and that Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe.
Joe claims Michael’s estate has “earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven weeks following Michael Jackson’s death” and is “well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson.”
Joe says he spends $15,425 a month: $2,500 eating out; $2,000 for air travel; $3,000 for hotel bills; $1,000 for groceries; $1,200 for rent; and $50 in charitable contributions.

Can this man make it anymore obvious that the only thing he cares about concerning his late son is Michael's money?
This has the potential to be a re-run of the Anna Nicole Smith saga. An utterly laughable claim by an unentitled party. However, where Anna forum shopped her claim through a bevy of courts for 15 years, I don't know if the 80 year old Joe can endure such an elongated legal battle. Even if he did, how much would he enjoy a reward at age 95?!
He is such a money hungry man. Shameless and greedy. Tell you what Joe, there is a reason Michael left you out.
