MILEY Cyrus says she fancies Penn Badgley!

Speaking to Sweet! Radio Young Hollywood‘s Zach Sang, the 16-year-old Hannah Montana actor confessed that she is “pretty obsessed” with the Gossip Girl star

“I just saw him in The Stepfather and I’m pretty obsessed with him to be honest with you!” she said.

“I didn’t know who he was and I went to see the movie as a joke, because the previews looked scary – not just because the guy’s hot!

“It was actually a good movie. Really creepy.”

Miley recently insisted she isn’t an attention-seeker.

“People will always say that I’m overworking, over exposed and want all this attention. That’s not true,” she said.

“I just want people to realize that I really am grateful for what I do and I do care about the fans. I can’t help if there are 40 photographers outside my house.”
